Education: Alejandra went to Vidal Sassoon in California, in June 2005 for a week-long intense cutting class. She also attended Wella Trendvision Regional Competition in Chicago in June 2005. Both experiences were very inspirational and she brings back many new ideas!
Alejandra has also attended in-house Wella color training and Bumble cutting, razor, and styling training.
Goal in the hair industry: Aside from success, I am interested in platform work, magazine and runway styling, challenging myself and also continuing my education.
I have worked at Redhouse Salon for 4 years.
Interests: I love to read and any other free time I have I spend with my daughter and family. I try to keep up with my artwork as well as portrait work, graphic drawing, and tattoo designs.
Best vacation traveled: Southern California
Why did you decide to do hair? I love the freedom of artistic expression. Hairstyling is part of the fashion industry and an ever-changing challenge. It's always exciting and you get to meet a lot of great and interesting people. (It's nice to make people feel pretty too!)
Favorite hair style or trend: I love working with color and trendy styles. I also enjoy doing updo's (traditional & funky) and extensions.
